Pilates got me my abs back after C-Section

I started with Jodi in a group class to work on my post pregnancy body. After sharing my C-section story and me not being able to feel from my belly button down, she shared some simple exercises I could do at home in between classes. Within a couple months, I started to feel my lower abdominal muscles and started feel stronger in my abs. I am now only doing private sessions with her to really gain my muscle strength and continue to tone not just my abs but the rest of my body. I am so happy with the transformation of my body from where I was four months ago. She knows her stuff and am so happy I found her! - Anna
